Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase. This includes clothing, toys, home goods, and other general merchandise categories.
Exceptions:
- Electronics: 15-30 days (televisions, computers, drones, phones).
- Health & Beauty Products: Generally non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.
- Tires: Come with a separate 90-day warranty.
Without a receipt: You may be able to return an item without a receipt if you provide a credit card or ID, which will allow Walmart to find your purchase in the system. These returns are typically processed as a gift card.
Online Purchases: Items bought on Walmart.com can be returned by mail or to any physical store. You will need your online order receipt for this.
